Our Services

Locks R Us Locksmith provides mobile residential, commercial, and vehicle-unlocking locksmith services, including but not limited to lockout assistance, lock rekeying, lock repair and installation, and smart lock installation, in Ballwin and the surrounding West St. Louis County area. We do not cut, replace, duplicate, or program automotive keys, remotes, transponders, or key fobs.

Scheduling and Availability

We are open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Appointment times and arrival estimates are approximate and may vary based on your location, current job volume, and traffic conditions. We do not guarantee a fixed arrival time.

Pricing

Pricing is discussed by phone and confirmed before work begins. Final pricing may vary based on the condition of hardware, the scope of work required, and other factors identified once a technician is on site.

Identification and Authorization

For lockout services, we require the person requesting entry to reasonably demonstrate their right to access the property or vehicle, for example a photo ID matching the address, a lease, a utility bill, or a vehicle registration document.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Locks R Us Locksmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
