My key snapped off in the lock. Does the lock have to be drilled out?
Normally you can extract a broken key with the right tools, leave the lock perfectly intact and working. Drilling is a last resort. Don’t try to prise it out with pliers or glue, that’s when you go from a minor job to a full lock replacement.
Can you service the panic bars and door closers?
Yes. Exit devices and closers are very much in use in warehouse and office buildings and they wear out as a result. We do the servicing and replacement of them and will work around shifts so that a door isn’t out of use during your peak hours.
Do you work on apartment buildings and managed property?
Yes we do rekey between tenancies, we rekey entry doors and we maintain key control throughout the building. Just let us know how many units you’re looking at when you call.
Can you unlock a car in Hazelwood?
We do vehicle unlocking only. We don’t cut or replace car keys, we don’t program transponders/fobs/remotes and we don’t work on the ignitions.
