Security That Keeps Your Business Running Smoothly

Business interruptions cost time, money, and productivity. A broken lock, malfunctioning closer, or lost key can disrupt operations, delay opening hours, or create security risks.

Our services help prevent:

  • Employee lockouts and downtime
  • Compliance issues involving exit devices
  • Break-ins or forced entry vulnerability
  • Liability from unsecured doors or hardware
  • Customer access issues at entry points
  • Inventory shrinkage due to weak or outdated locks

A well-maintained commercial lock system supports smooth daily operations and stronger overall security.

Guides for Business Owners

Commercial Locksmith Questions

Can you work outside our opening hours?

Where we can, yes. Most commercial work is easier before opening or after closing, and we would rather fit around your trading hours than have you lose a morning of business.

Our normal hours are 8 AM to 10 PM every day, so early and late slots are usually possible. Tell us your quiet window when you call and we will work to it.

Do you install master key systems?

Yes. A master key system lets one key open every door while each member of staff carries a key that opens only what they need. It is the usual answer for offices, clinics and multi-unit buildings.

We will walk the building with you first to map out who needs access to what, because a system designed on paper without seeing the doors rarely survives contact with the building.

Read our guide to master key systems for offices to plan access levels for your team.

An employee left and still has a key. What now?

Rekey the affected doors. It is quicker and cheaper than replacing hardware, and from that moment their key no longer works.

If it is a master key that has gone missing, tell us straight away. A lost master affects every door it opens, and that is a different job from rekeying a single entrance.

Use our employee-exit rekeying guide to review affected doors and access permissions.

Do you service panic bars and door closers?

Yes. Exit devices, closers and the hardware on fire doors are regular commercial work for us, and they are the items most likely to be picked up in an inspection.

A closer that slams, a latch that does not engage or an exit device that sticks is worth reporting early. These parts fail gradually, and they are far cheaper to adjust than to replace.

Can you work with the hardware already in our building?

In most cases, yes. We work with the commercial brands listed above, including SARGENT, Corbin Russwin, BEST, Falcon, Adams Rite, dormakaba and Salto.

Keeping your existing hardware is usually cheaper than replacing it, and it keeps the building consistent. If a particular lock genuinely is not worth saving, we will say so rather than quietly billing for a repair that will not last.

Do you work with property managers on multiple buildings?

Yes. Property managers and letting agents are a steady part of our work, mostly rekeys between tenants, lock repairs and access changes across a portfolio.

If you manage several buildings it is worth us keeping a record of what is fitted where, so the next call does not start from scratch. Ask about that when you first get in touch.

Our commercial service covers mechanical locks, cylinders and door hardware. We do not install electronic access-control systems, key-card readers or fob-entry systems.
